The crime branch of Mumbai Police has detained a builder. The builder is charged that he wanted to capture Bollywood actor Dilip Kumar’s Bandra-based bungalow. Following the arrest of the builder, the police officer, while retching the media, said that Dilip Kumar had claimed his claim on two plots of the bungalow in Bandra elite Pali Hill. The name of the builder is being called Bhojwani.
Saira Banu lodged complaint :
After the builder’s arrest, Deputy Commissioner of Police Parag Manere said that Bhojwani has eyes on the bungalow; Dilip Kumar’s wife Saira Banu lodged a complaint in this regard. Manare said that the matter is being investigated in depth. Action will be taken on the builder on the basis of which the investigation will come out. The police suspect that the builder Bhojwani has constructed fake papers of the bungalow, on the basis of which he is claiming the bungalow.
Bhojwani has claimed before the police that his father had purchased the property in Bandra in 1980. Bhojwani claims that this property was purchased by his father from the original Raj Khatau trust. After registering the complaint by Saira Banu, the police immediately raided the builder’s house while taking action. During the raid, several weapons including knives and rags were recovered from the police. Police suspect that Bhojwani could have done any such incident when he did not get the plot of the bungalow, which is probably not in the interest of Dilip Kumar.
